It means knowing your customers; what they want, what they need, and how to provide it. That’s the professional part. But being able to understand your customers, to develop a relationship of mutual trust, that’s the “personal level” that most IT service providers fail to achieve.
My name is Brandon and I am the owner of SAG Administration Services. I have been servicing business computer systems on a professional basis for over 15 years, and supporting home users for over 20. I started SAG Administration Services because I feel small business owners and the average American family deserves the same level of support that larger businesses can afford, without the premium of having a full-time IT staff.
Computers and networks can be very confusing and very frightening. Some people understand how they work, and some people don’t. And you know what? That’s OK. Chances are that you just want it to work. You have things in your life (both personal and business related) that are more important to you than trying to figure out why your word processor program keeps crashing, or why you have a blue screen when you boot your computer with some cryptic 0X0000ABC error on it. All that matters to you is that the problem goes away so you can get back to doing what is more important, whether that be Skyping with your kids at college, or managing your employee payroll. It’s OK to not know what is wrong or how to fix it. That’s why companies like SAG Administration Services exist, so that you can do what is important to you, and we can do what it is that we do. When your car acts up you take it to a mechanic because they know automotives, when your furnace acts up you contact a skilled HVAC technician, and when you are having computer problems you call Logyx – it’s the logical thing to do.
